Lexi is a licensed and board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy who received her Bachelor of Science (2018) and Doctorate (2021) degrees from the University of Central Florida. Lexi has been working with children with special needs since 2012 where she was introduced to many individuals with mobility impairments, inspiring her to become a physical therapist. Lexi enjoys collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary therapy team to provide seamless care across all therapies. Her interventions are play-based and individualized to make therapy fun and exciting. Since graduating, Lexi and Emily have been working towards their goal of opening their own clinic. In her free time, Lexi enjoys reading and spending time with her cat and dogs.
Emily is a licensed and board-certified occupational therapist. She graduated from the University of St Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2020. Emily has always wanted to specialize in pediatrics with the goal of opening a private practice. Emily aims to make a difference in the lives of others by providing meaningful and engaging occupational therapy treatment. She enjoys implementing creative and novel interventions to make each session unique for her patients. When she is not at work, Emily enjoys spending time with her Grandmother, her dog, and cats. She also loves to spend time doing arts and crafts.

Ellie is a licensed and board-certified occupational therapy assistant. She received her associate degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville (2019). Ellie brings her experience working with children and participating in a vibrant and diverse homeschool community for over 20 years to the field of occupational therapy. She has worked in rehabilitation and care facilities with individuals of all ages as well as having worked as a registered behavior technician with children and teens. She is an avid believer in the power of play. Ellie enjoys discovering and utilizing a child’s strengths to help them realize that hard work and perseverance can be rewarding. She is eager to help them cultivate a growth mindset so that they can independently work towards and achieve any future goals. In her free time, Ellie likes to hunt for fossilized sharks’ teeth, spend time with her friends and family,
read, play board games, do puzzles and cook.
Kelsey is a dedicated speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA) passionate about helping children achieve their communication goals. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education from Georgia Southern University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Communication Science and Disorders at Florida State University. Kelsey has extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities, tailoring therapy to each child’s unique needs. Her approach emphasizes play-based and child-led therapy, creating a fun, supportive environment where children feel empowered to grow and thrive. Outside the clinic, Kelsey loves spending time outdoors with her family, friends, and dog, Henry. She looks forward to partnering with you and your child on their journey toward greater communication and confidence!

Rachael Spencer

​Rachael Spencer is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over a decade of experience in the pediatric sector of the field. Rachael is passionate about fostering meaningful progress for each child and takes a collaborative approach by working closely with parents. Her dedication to equipping families with practical tools and strategies ensures children receive comprehensive, individualized and evidence-based therapy to address all of their communication needs. Rachael and her husband Tristan have three beautiful children; Naomi (6), Raelynn (4) and Bennett (2). On her days off, she loves baking, crafting and beach days with her family.
